How do we keep our equilibrium in chaotic times?
How do we increase our acts of compassion in turbulent times?
How do we maintain a strong voice, living our values in contentious times?
There’s no concrete formula in dynamic times like these. These times call for a sound, strong grounding interiorly. It is from there that we can respond at any given moment with compassion and justice. So, as this new circle around the sun begins, we will come together, review, practice, grow into the spiritual practices from many traditions that help us connect and stay grounded in the force of goodness and life. Mindfulness, meditation, nature, spiritual support are some of the areas we’ll explore together so that each participant can reflect and come away with a spiritual plan for times like these. Pat Hoerth will lead.
